Participant registration for the Congress is now open!

Your ticket will count as paid invoice. After payment, you will receive an e-mail with your e-ticket in PDF. If you haven’t received it, please check your junk mail folder. Please bring your ticket with you for on-site registration at the congress.
All programme participants are required to register for the meeting. By registering after May 31, you risk exclusion from the programme.

The early bird registration deadline is 31 May 2019. Registrations received after that date will be processed at the regular registration rate.
If necessary it will be possible to register on-site. For on-site registrations during the conference, we will provide an Internet access and computer for you to make online registration. No cash payment will be accepted when registering on-site.
*Student/PhD fee: In order to purchase a student/PhD ticket you need to send a copy of your student ID to ilera2019@giraweb.de. Afterwards, you will receive a personalized registration code and further instructions for registration.
Conference fees include:
- Access to all sessions on 5–7 September 2019.
- Catering during the conference.
- Please note: Conference tickets do not include your entrance to the conference dinner. This ticket has to be bought separately – see below.)
Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation before 30 June 2019, we reimburse 50 % of the ticket price, between 1 July and 15 August 2019 we reimburse 30 % of the ticket price. After 15 August 2019 it will not be possible to reimburse any ticket. If for any reason you have to cancel your registration, please send an e-mail to ilera2019@giraweb.de. However, it is possible to send a replacement. If you are not able to attend the conference and want to send a colleague, please send an e-mail to ilera2019@giraweb.de before 4 September 2019 (including name and affiliation of the person who cannot attend and name, e-mail, address and affiliation of the replacement).

The Conference Dinner will be held at the local craft brewery “Zum Schlüssel”, which is located directly in the heart of the old town of Dusseldorf. The brewery has a unique atmosphere and is well-known for its freshly drafted beer (“Original Schlüssel”) as well as delicious local dishes. Each ticket includes dinner and selected drinks.
Fees for the Congress dinner are € 65 incl. VAT (19%).
Cancellation policy: Cancellation and reimbursement is possible until 26 August 2019. If for any reason you have to cancel your registration, please send an e-mail to ilera2019@giraweb.de.
